About the Job Role:
We at Pepup HR Consulting Private Limited are hiring candidates for HR Head. In this pivotal
leadership role, you will be responsible for spearheading key HR functions, including talent
acquisition, employee engagement, and talent management, within a politically driven
environment. The role requires strategic alignment of HR practices with business objectives while
fostering a positive and high-performing culture. You will collaborate closely with leadership to
ensure the effective execution of HR strategies.
Role: HR Head
Location: Patna, Bihar (for minimum of one year, with flexibility for relocation)
Domain: Political Consultancy
Remuneration: INR 15 – 20 LPA
Working Mode: Work from Office
Time: 10 AM to 7 PM (May be extended based on business needs)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with vertical leads and key stakeholders to devise
and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and political objectives.
2. HR Analytics & Policy Development: Analyze trends and collaborate with HR teams to
develop solutions, policies, and programs that align with the organisation. Create and
maintain comprehensive Recruitment and HR reports and dashboards weekly and monthly.
3. Manage the Employee Lifecycle: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, development,
performance management, engagement, and offboarding, ensuring a smooth and effective
employee experience throughout their journey.
4. Talent Acquisition & Development: Lead the recruitment of high-caliber talent and
manage succession planning. Ensure talent development and career progression strategies
are implemented effectively.
5. Performance & Engagement: Facilitate performance management processes and drive
initiatives to improve employee engagement, workplace culture, and retention.
6. Compensation & Workforce Planning: Oversee Compensation & Benefits for fair reward
systems and workforce planning for accurate strategic forecasting.
7. Learning & Development: Identify organizational learning needs and implement annual
training programs to support talent growth and leadership development.
8. HR Advisory & Legal Compliance: Provide guidance to managers on organizational
structure and people-related decisions. Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage HR
risks in collaboration with the legal team.
9. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing HR team capable of meeting the
dynamic needs of the political organization.
Position Requirements:
1. Minimum 3+ years of experience as a CHRO/HR Head in a company with a minimum strength of 1,000 employees.
2. Must have managed a team of 10+ professionals.
3. Must be comfortable working in the political domain.
4. Candidates must be flexible to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
5. Proven ability to manage HR teams and stakeholders across multiple regions.
6. Expertise in HR core areas such as Talent Management, Succession Planning,
Organizational Development, and HR Analytics.
7. Deep understanding of Indian labor law and compliance requirements.
8. Graduate from top-tier institutes preferred.
