Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing field service, technical support, maintenance and repair. The Service Engineer may also be responsible for communicating with clients to provide information and resolve issues related to products or services offered by the company.
Qualifications
- Strong Troubleshooting, Field Service, and Technical Support skills
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience in the Service Engineer role is a plus
- Proficiency in the Hindi language is an advantage
CTC – Upto 3LPA
Qualification – ITI, Diploma
