Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team in Patna. This is a hybrid role, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales and Marketing Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including communication with customers, sales, training, and sales & marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in sales and sales & marketing
• Ability to train others effectively
• Demonstrated success in customer relationship building and retention
• Knowledge of solar energy a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field
