Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role of Sales and Marketing Head located in Patna. The Sales and Marketing Head will be responsible for planning, managing, and performing marketing activities to achieve sales targets and to promote brand awareness among different segments of the target audience. As the Sales and Marketing Head, you will work with the leadership and business development team to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Market Planning, Marketing Management and Market Research skills
- Sales and Public Relations skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing in the healthcare industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in budget planning and management
- Proven track record of business development and revenue generation
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of marketing and sales professionals
