PARAS HCE HOSPITAL Hiring for Staff Nurse (ICU) Job at Rānchī

Ø Handing and taking over all patients and inventory items.

Ø Report to the nursing supervisor if any item is found missing.

Ø Receiving new/transfer in patients to beds.

Ø Assessment of patient after giving comfortable position.

Ø Connect the patient to monitor, oxygen as per the need.

Ø Hand over all the belongings of patient to the attendant with documents.

Ø Collection and sending of various samples to laboratory with documentary proof.

Ø Continuous observation of patients: – Monitors, SPO2, vital signs etc and report the condition if any changes observed.

Ø Performs technical task e.g., assisting doctors in various medical procedures, preparing articles and the patient for medical or Nursing procedures, recording vital signs, tube feeding, giving enema, bowel wash, dressing, stomach wash, eye/ear care collection and sending of specimens, pre-and post-operative care assists in administration of transfusion, perineal care, breast care, baby care, back care & prevention of bed sore etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,291.95 – ₹35,992.76 per month
