o Ensuring smooth functioning of the IPD areas with maintaining all the TATs as mentioned in the processes.

o Coordinating with the billing department and resolving any issues of Inpatients regarding their bills.

o Ensuring that patients and attendants are aware of the medical status as well as the bill status of the patients.

o Following up with consultants regarding the discharges of the patients and improve on the discharge times of the patients

o Responsible for the correctness of the patient medical records and discharge summaries.

Responsible for maintaining all the policies and

procedures of NABH and dashboards

To ensure proper housekeeping of the workplace.

Salary: ₹10,086.00 – ₹25,228.34 per month
