Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Manager based in Sasaram. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the company’s market presence in Bihar, Jharkhand, Chattisgarh, and Easten Uttar Pradesh. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with distributors, conducting market research, promoting and selling various seed products, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. The Territory Manager will also handle logistics, ensure timely delivery of products, and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in the agriculture industry and/or seed sales is preferred
• Knowledge of the local agricultural market and farming practices
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field
