3 Searching ability of new farmers & area trials based on segments and market size.
4 Competition & OPV,s product Knowledge
5 Organize field days to show case our products to Farmers and distributors
6 Capability to maintain the Agronomical Package & Practices in the Trial
7 Capable to collect the Data & Data management on line
8 Able to do the layout plan at Field
