Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional HR position located in Patna. The Regional HR will be responsible for various day-to-day HR tasks, including HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Management, including HR policies and personnel management
• Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations
• Familiarity with HR software and systems
• Relevant certification or degree in HR or a related field is a plus
