Job Description

• Present products or services in steel industry that would be beneficial to client business
• Plan detailed presentations that show clients product info, and benefits
• Meet with clients at appointments for sales presentations
• Acquire new customers by winning them over from competitors and discovering new opportunities
• Preparing the travel plan and the tour report

Qualifications and Competencies for Sales Engineer

• Engineering Graduate in Mechanical or Metallurgical
• Willingness and ability to travel 70% of the time, depending on the position and sales role
• Creativity to approach sales and build customer relationships
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Solid experience handling industrial sales in the steel industry for more than 2 years
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Computer proficiency and hands on with MS Office Suite
• Negotiation and social problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a high-stress sales environment and multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
