Job Description
- Responsible for Service activities of all area, starting from Free OTIS service to continuous maintenance of OTIS elevator, ensuring that quality services are provided to customers to their satisfaction.
- Measure quality performance using various quality performance parameters viz. CPUA, AES, PCR, Code Maintenance, Benchmark unit etc.
- Attend asset management meetings and ensure that outstanding are not increased
- Tap sources for modernization orders in the area so as to update customer s elevators by providing them with the latest technology of quality products. Ensuring time execution of the orders to meet customers satisfaction.
- Ensure safety of employees, equipment etc.
- Ensure to achieve all service sales parameter along with T Business.
