- Responsible for Service activities of all area, starting from Free OTIS service to continuous maintenance of OTIS elevator, ensuring that quality services are provided to customers to their satisfaction. Measure quality performance using various quality performance parameters viz. CPUA, AES, PCR, Code Maintenance, Benchmark unit etc.
- Attend asset management meetings and ensure that outstanding are not increased
- Tap sources for modernization orders in the area so as to update customer’s elevators by providing them with the latest technology of quality products. Ensuring time execution of the orders to meet customers satisfaction.
- Ensure safety of employees, equipment etc.
- Ensure to achieve all service sales parameter along with T Business.
