Role Description

Orange Doorz is seeking a Co-Founder to join our team in Patna. The Co-Founder will work to develop and implement strategies to expand and enhance our brand presence in the Indian hospitality market. This full-time on-site position requires a candidate with exceptional leadership experience, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. The Co-Founder will build and lead a team, manage budgets, and work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of significant executive experience in the hospitality industry or a comparable industry
• Deep knowledge of business management, leadership, and strategic planning
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful business strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build, lead, and direct a team towards common goals utilizing best practices
• A strong track record of aggressive top-line growth
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus
