The opportunity:
This role is a part of the Professional Services Consultant Archive Server in Latin America.
As Consultant, Professional Services for LATAM, you will:
- Archive Server infrastructure
- JAVA WEB Development (Webservices , Servlet, etc)
- Assist deployment of code in QA, staging and production
- Perform administration of servers on all environments
- Coordinate with all the concerned teams involved
- Consultancy skills, been able to understand customer needs and translate it in technical actions
- Good written and spoken communication skills (Portuguese MUST, English MUST, Spanish Important)
- Troubleshooting skills
- Fast learning skills
- Self-management skills, been able to self-manage his/her time and tasks to accomplish with project goals, reporting the progress of his/her tasks.
- Operating Systems Windows, Linux
- PL/SQL Oracle or RDBMS;Tools SQL Server.
- Web/Application Servers Tomcat
- Web Servers Apache, IIS, IHS, NGINX
- TCP/IP, Load balancer, Firewalls and network advanced knowledge
- LDAP and Active Directory integrations
- OpenText Archive Server
- OpenText Exstream
- OpenText CCM
- Development and infrastructure
- Review and provide feedback on architecture and infrastructure designs
- Install patches on components
- Debug day to day issues as a part of support
- Install Application Servers, Data Bases, Web Servers and Open Text products
- Maintain and develop existing
- Troubleshoot and solve technical problems
