Role responsibilities:

Outline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role.

  • Assist with purchase order creation, processing, and tracking
  • Verify accuracy of orders, prices, and delivery dates
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, shipping, and inventory
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records and spreadsheets
  • Support inventory management and control
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient purchasing
  • Assist with data entry and repotting

Preferred Candidate Profile

Specify required rol- Bachelor’s degree

  • 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software expertise, previous job experience, or relevant certifications.
