Job Responsibilities will include:

• Managing a team of minimum 4-5 Sales Officer
• Appointing Super Stockiest & Distributors within particular assigned area.
• Increase standards of customer service.
• Communicate with clients on a regular basis.
• Ensure quality consistency across the region .
• Maximize sales and profitability in the region.
• Set sales targets for individual locations.

Requirements:

• Must be a Graduate with minimum 3-5 years of experience as a ASM in FMCG industry.
• Team Handling and Task Oriented skills.
• Must have a team of 4-5 Sales Officers with FMCG Background only.
