Job Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of minimum 4-5 Sales Officer
- Appointing Super Stockiest & Distributors within particular assigned area.
- Increase standards of customer service.
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis.
- Ensure quality consistency across the region .
- Maximize sales and profitability in the region.
- Set sales targets for individual locations.
Requirements:
- Must be a Graduate with minimum 3-5 years of experience as a ASM in FMCG industry.
- Team Handling and Task Oriented skills.
- Must have a team of 4-5 Sales Officers with FMCG Background only.
