Your Role And Responsibilities Establishing primary and secondary retail distributor network Meeting distributors, dealers and retailers on a regular basis Achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target product wise Planning and conducting required promotion activities on regular basis Coordinating with team leader and all stake holders Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market
Qualifications For The Role
- Any graduate or MBA preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retails sales or distribution
- Experience in product launches
- Knowledge of Distributor Management
- Day to day activity planning and reporting
- Good communication and relationship skills
