• Filling and storage of bulk /liquid products, such that all operations are carried out in accordance with company operating, quality and safety procedures and standards and with national and local legislation and that by working closely with the Logistic Supervisors to ensure customer requirements are fully met.
• Handling of Bulk tankers, loading & offloading tankers both AP and customer owned, tankers, ISO ,. Mini tanks, Dewars.
• Refurbishment and maintenance of Tankers including Semi trailers, ISO ,
• Control & regulate the quality and capability of products, plant production adjustment, be responsible for the calibration of the analyzer, production loading, safety inspection and the general inspection, assist the supervisors and managers and shift leaders to finish the maintenance of plant equipment and other assigned works.
• Cryogenic tank filling and trouble shooting
• Minor Maintenace work
• Simple Anylises , QC
• Keeping Minimum Stock Lavel and keeping SAP inventory correct
• Closing NCR’s
• JAS, TSO , Near missing, Apts …etc to report and review procedure as well as if needed create new
• Procedure Review and follow.
• Check list before and after filling.
• Handle delivery documents and proper recording
• Record/track operational tools like hoses, flanges, connection before and after trip.
• Report safety incidents in EM.
