Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Merchandiser. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations across our offline and online channels, maintaining accurate data, and enhancing customer experience.
Responsibilities:
* Channel Connectivity: Be the point of contact for all offline and online store channels, ensuring connectivity and smooth data flow between them.
* Data Management: Ensure that all data provided to the stores, including pricing and availability, is up-to-date and accurate. Manage regular updates of new collections on the storefront and liaise with store merchandisers to report on product performance.
* Shopify Backend: Responsible for uploading data on the Shopify backend panel as needed to keep the online store up to date.
* Challan Management: Maintain a comprehensive record of all challans, updating them according to sales activity.
* Event Coordination: Keep track of upcoming events that the brand can participate in, maintaining a record of details and coordinating participation as necessary.
* Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients via phone, email, or chat platforms, ensuring quick responses and following up on abandoned cart orders.
* PR Management: Manage PR activities, tracking pieces sent out and ensuring their timely return.
* Stock Management: Maintain a daily stocklist, updating it regularly to ensure accurate inventory records.
* Website Updates: Daily updates of the RTS section on the website, as well as weekly updates of bestsellers.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
* Proven experience in e-commerce operations or retail management.
* Proficiency in Shopify backend operations and other e-commerce platforms.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
