Must be from FMCG back ground
Candidate having working knowledge in Spices industry will be added advantage
Maintaining and increasing sales of company’s products
Reaching the targets and goals set for our area
Establishing, maintaining and expanding our customer base
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
Setting sales targets for individual reps and our team as a whole
Recruiting and training sales staff
Allocating areas to sales representatives
Developing sales strategies and setting targets
Monitoring our team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
Compiling and analyzing sales figures
Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
Collecting customer feedback and market research
Reporting to senior managers
Keeping up to date with products and competitor
Role: Handling Channel sales including Creation of CNF point, appointment of Dealer and distributor.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
