Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) at Oasis School Hazaribag. The TGT will be responsible for teaching assigned subjects to middle school students, preparing daily lesson plans, grading assignments and exams, monitoring and reporting student progress, and communicating with parents and colleagues. The TGT will also be expected to participate in extracurricular activities and attend school events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in a middle school setting
• Strong subject matter expertise in assigned subjects (e.g., English, Math, Science, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to the learning needs of individual students
• Effective classroom management skills
• Experience with classroom technology and digital learning platforms
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with changes in the education field
