1) Conducting customer satisfaction surveys to understand what areas of the company’s services need improvements
2) Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
3) Follow up customers and their complaints ensuring that customer’s requests are attended accordingly.
4) Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems
5) Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner
