Job Description – Mobilizer cum Delivery Associate

Travelling – Mostly within the assigned area

Office Location – Jharkhand

Responsibilities:

Data collation/documentation/reporting:

* Beneficiaries details in the prescribed format

* Transformative Case studies and Testimonials

* Training Picture and Videos

* Daily Report – complete day activity and upcoming plan to be shared with HO daily

Mobilization:

* Mobilization will happen continuously throughout the project. Mobilization to be done from various avenues like academic institutions, microfinance organization, NGOs, and corporate partners

* Coordination with villages SPOC/ Govt. officials /NGOs /Academic Institutions/ Organizations to mobilize the candidates

* Approaching the Target Group (working professional) and convince them to attend the training sessions

* Identify and plan the other method for mobilizing like pamphlet distribution, banner and posters

* Identifying the locations for the workshop well in advance

Skill Set:

* Excellent communication and PR Skills

* Good command over regional languages

* Good understanding of basic financial concepts like Savings, Expenses, Income, Debt, Loan and good knowledge of Financial Management, Mutual Funds, Equity, Inflation, SIPs, Insurance

* Computer knowledge

* Passion to serve the community

Minimum Qualification:

* Graduate (Commerce background is preferable)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹16,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
