Job Description

The role is that an Assistant RSM for East – the person should have experience in the region.

The chosen candidate would be reporting into the regional head and be responsible for the following:

To achieve targeted Sales as per the AOP (Annual Operations Pan) / Regional Target

SKU (Stock Keeping unit) Wise sales planning and execution.

Market mapping to increase counter share.

Ensuring complete adherence of the field sales processes including PJP/DSR/MIS etc.

To achieve profitability in terms of Contribution Margin

Sale more of value-added products.

Map high end dealers and retail counters to enhance sales.

Ensures 30 days cycle and payments of dealers.

Collection of Balance confirmation Keeps control over the Credit Period by keeping track of the Ageing Analysis

Keeps cheque bouncing cases under control.

Ensure collection of over dues

Balance confirmation for all party’s monthly basis

Issues credit notes and other dealer payouts by 15th of every month

To ensure proper adherence of Sales Processes

Submit Personal Journey Plan (PJP) of team.

Submit Daily Sales Report (DSR) of team.

Submit MIS with Competitor information.

MIS related to Sales Force.com (where the system is up & running, at other locations manual report)

Ensure Training of Dealer Salesman on product attribute / pricing.

Profile

The successful applicant should be a BBA or equivalent, having at least 2 years of experience as Assistant Regional Sales Manager or Area Sales Manager in Personal Care, color cosmetics preferred and an overall understanding of the different segments and channels in India.

He/she should have extensive and relevant work experience in East location.
