Role Description

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) role focuses on developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, managing market research, coordinating public relations activities, overseeing marketing management and sales teams, and developing and executing promotional campaigns. This is a hybrid role, located in Patna with some flexibility to work remotely.

Qualifications

• Market planning, market research, and public relations skills
• Experience managing marketing management and sales teams
• Ability to develop and execute successful promotional campaigns
• Experience in the healthcare industry or mental health field is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
• Master’s degree in marketing or business administration preferred
