Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our commerce courses and assess their needs.
  • Utilize various lead generation techniques to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our courses and overcome objections to secure sales appointments.
  • Build rapport with prospects through active listening, empathy, and understanding of their goals.
  • Follow up with leads via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Provide timely and relevant information to prospects to address inquiries and objections.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads to ensure efficient workflow and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team the sales process and achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of Experience
  • Proven track record of success in inside sales, cold calling, or telemarketing roles, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of Hindi, English and Local Language
