Sales Manager / Officer / Executive (Regional / Area)
Location : All District Of Jharkhand, Bihar & Uttar Pradesh
Responsibilities:
- Become a subject matter expert on agriculture input & commodity markets.
- Use strategic sourcing to develop and drive strategies and processes.
- Develop and lead strategies including internal and external analysis and negotiations.
- Keep track of projections based on changing market environment and product prices.
- Prepare monthly commodity projections.
- Track total cost of ownership and variations to budget.
- Knowledge of procurement and commodity as they relate to the agricultural industry.
- Lead ongoing joint business activities.
- Direct performance on KPIs, productivity initiatives and innovation.
- Manage and coordinate all phases of the commodity.
- Be willing to approach agriculture holistically but with a business mindset.
- Have a broad scope of knowledge that includes all dry commodity products.
- Structure relevant proposal i. e., Sauda/Forward Trade/WRF/SCF.
- Client follow-up for closure & Client Visit
- Automation of processes leading.
Requirements:
- Must have good knowledge and connect with millers/ food processing industries buyers
- Should have good knowledge of B2B Sales and should be able to handle the team
