Natminds has been mandated to hire a regional sales manager for a leading assessment research and educational technology organization. The candidate will be responsible for acquisition of new schools in the designated territory along with Key account management of schools through relationship building and providing product
consultation to key stakeholders (management, principal, teachers, parents, students).

Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for acquisition of new schools along with account management
- Ensure that all services are delivered efficiently and product usage at schools are effective
- Ensure minimum response time to schools by coordinating with internal teams
- Coordinating with the Inside Sales Team to act upon the Leads generated and work towards closure
- Need to be meticulous in terms of regularly keeping track of Sales activities in CRM
- Responsible for all the information regarding the Schools assigned in the designated territory.
- Be cognizant of market and competitor intelligence. Share market learnings with Product and Marketing teams
- Ensure timely collection of receivables from schools

- Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Direct Sales
- Extensive experience of travel and knowledge of the region would be a distinct advantage
- Experience of achieving revenue target and interaction with clients (schools) directly
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PPT; Good Presentation skills
Mandatory requirements
- Done School Sales– Other CV’s will be rejected
- Ready to work in an individual contributor role
