Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to social media marketing, lead generation, marketing, web analytics, and digital marketing. The individual will work with the team to create, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns and strategies to improve brand awareness and generate sales.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with the company’s goals and objectives. This includes creating marketing strategies for various online platforms such as search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Manage and optimize online campaigns: Monitor, analyze, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to ensure maximum performance and return on investment (ROI). Continuously track key metrics, conduct A/B testing, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
- SEO and content marketing: Lead the development and implementation of effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the company’s website. Oversee content marketing initiatives, including content creation, distribution, and promotion.
- Social media management: Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive website traffic. Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, monitor social media trends, and analyze performance metrics.
- Email marketing and automation: Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions. Utilize marketing automation tools to create personalized and targeted email campaigns.
- Website management: Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the company’s website is optimized for search engines and user experience. Regularly update and maintain website content, monitor website analytics, and implement improvements.
- Digital advertising: Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and display advertising. Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns, and allocate budgets effectively to maximize results.
- Analytics and reporting: Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, content marketing, and advertising. Implement innovative strategies and tools to stay ahead of competitors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or a similar role, preferably in an agency or digital marketing company.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and marketing automation software.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies and overcome challenges.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
