Job Characteristics:These positions will be responsible for the oversight of small, medium and large single on site customer contract operations on a day to day basis. They provide the leadership (planning, scheduling, coordinating, assigning and directing) to the O&M technicians ensuring that all the contract terms, conditions, requirement and standards of a contract are satisfactorily managed.
Directs / co-ordinates the O&M operations for multiple sites, multi contract and advanced complex processes.
Responsible to ensure that assigned O&M projects are managed effectively and comply with contractual, operational, maintenance and profitability requirements for multiple sites
Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationship with site manager, sales force, management and customer.
Coordinates with regional site managers in the planning, development and implementation of strategies for operational management that meet the agreed contract performance requirements within budget and timeframes.
Strong business acumen and understanding of contract language, terms and conditions.
Supports project developers in pursing new business and contract renewal
Management responsibility for 25 or more direct and indirect reports with operational budget of 5 million dollars or more
Education/Work Experience:Operations experience in an administrative and budgetary role as well as computer literacy
Experience in the management of multi – site operations
The management of multiple contracts and client relationships Minimum 10 years’ experience in the operations and maintenance of Wastewater or water operations
10 years of experience at managing / supervising employees
Degree in technical field / engineering or equivalent
Independence Level/Reports to:High degree of independence in decision making – develops budgets and team goal for all site managers within region
Reports to E&PD Regional Manager or Regional E&PD Director
