Role & Responsibilities:
-Answering and resolving customer queries
-Follow standard operating process when replying/speaking to the customers
-“Own the customer” as the single point of contact, defining a success plan with deliverables, and ensuring clear communication for all the queries
– Be the first point of Contact for all the customer escalations
– Supporting end customers directly via various communication channels including emails, live chat and calls
– Understand the customer’s query and give the best resolution to the customer
– Work closely with the operations team
Role Requirement:
– Strong ability and desire to provide excellent customer service
– Excellent communication skill
– Professional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
– 0-1 years of experience in Customer support
– Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Required Languages: English, Hindi language
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
