Job Description
- Lead the team to ensure all types of Mines infrastructure maintenance and projects works.
- Responsible for all type of day-to-day maintenance and project works at mines.
- Coordination with all inter departments and external stake holder like contractors, architect , consultant, suppliers, etc for smooth execution of maintenance and project works.
- Preparation of tender documents for floating contracts for various maintenance & project works.
- Ensuring the Safety, Quality, Workmanship to be carried out according to the latest drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents.
- Supervision of all civil works and certification of contractors bills.
- Planning and organizing available resources in order to meet the deadlines of activities.
- Preparation of various reports like MIS, DPR, Schedule etc for top management.
- Site co-ordination for civil activities including daily, weekly and monthly planning and executions.
- Proper management of overall Mines quality documentation related to site works.
