Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Officer at Muthoot Microfin in Bihar, India. The Field Officer will be responsible for executing the microfinance operations, which includes organizing clients into groups and providing financial assistance through micro loans. The Field Officer will visit rural and semi-urban areas to promote entrepreneurship among women and ensure the smooth implementation of the loan process.

• Basic understanding of financial concepts and loan documentation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in local language(s) spoken in Bihar

• Prior experience in microfinance or related field is a plus
