Qualification : Perusing B.com / MBA / BBA ( Marketing or Finance ) / Other Financial courses.

KRA Profile :

Ø Will be responsible for managing the portfolio of the clients for providing them with better investment solutions & services to facilitate easy wealth creation.

Ø Acquisition, Financial Advisory, Portfolio Management, Investment Advisory, and Wealth Management with product experience in Mutual Fund, SIP, Fixed Income, General Insurance, and PMS, Currency, Commodity etc.

Ø Procuring the potential clients through networking, database, market analysis and references.

Ø Generating cross-sell revenue and doing 360 degree financial planning by wealth management.

Ø Managing and improving relationship values through latest updates & development in market.

Ø Liaison with operations team to resolve queries and revenue generation.

Ø Comply with organizational guidelines and norms.

Ø Cross-sell products and services to both new/existing HNI & Ultra HNI clients as per their lifestyle, risk profiling and requirements through financial planning process.

Ø Identifying, acquiring, developing and maintaining customer relationships.

Ø Maintaining up to date knowledge of competitor activity, products and services.

Desired Competencies for all the position

o Adequate knowledge financial products like Equity, Commodity, Currency, Mutual Funds, IPO’s , loans and Insurance

o Excellent communication skills

o Excellent objection handling and conflict management skills

o Excellent relationship management skills

o Efficient selling skills.

o NISM certified candidates will be preferred.
