Job Summary: –

GDA Trainer would be responsible for imparting practical oriented skill based training, ensuring the employability of the students in reputed healthcare service providers for Job Roles Basic and Patient Care Assistant.

Responsibilities: –

· Imparting Training as per NSDC standards for Job Roles GDA – General Duty Assistant.

· Student Engagement – Create interest in the trainees and ensure they remain attentive during the sessions.

· Developing Training Delivery Template, Training Schedules, Guest Lecture Plan, Industry Visit Plan.

· Provide training in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning.

· Ensure the students follow Participant Guide, educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc).

· Compliance to the statutory, affiliation norms and other general best practices.

· Conduct Internal Assessment, record and report on the development, progress, attainment and behavior of students.

· Ensure 100% pass and maximum candidates to pass in A grade.

Qualifications
GNM/B.Sc. Nursing from reputed institution with Allied Health Training experience

Experience Required: 2 years in Hospital industry as a Staff nurse or relevant.

Additional Information

Certification: Valid TOT – Training of Trainers Certificate in General Duty Assistant (QP – HSS/Q5101) from NSDC. If candidates do not have TOT then he will have to appear and qualify TOT.
