Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Guest Check-In and Check-Out:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

Facilitate smooth check-out procedures, handle billing processes, and address any outstanding payments.

Guest Assistance and Information:

Provide guests with detailed information about the hotel’s facilities, services, and amenities.

Offer recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and points of interest based on guests’ preferences.

Complaint Handling:

Listen attentively to guest complaints, concerns, or issues and promptly address them to resolve any problems.

Take ownership of guest issues and follow through to ensure proper resolution, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

Guest Communication:

Maintain effective and courteous communication with guests through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.

Handle guest requests promptly, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.

VIP and Repeat Guest Management:

Identify VIP and repeat guests and provide personalized services to enhance their experience.

Handle special requests and preferences of VIP guests to exceed their expectations.

Front Desk Operations:

Assist in front desk operations, including handling reservations, managing room assignments, and coordinating with housekeeping for room availability.

Coordination with Other Departments:

Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping, concierge, and F&B, to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Relay guest preferences and requirements to relevant departments to enhance service delivery.

Guest Feedback and Reviews:

Encourage guests to provide feedback and reviews about their stay, and analyze guest comments to identify areas for improvement.

Guest Loyalty Programs:

Promote the hotel’s loyalty programs and rewards to encourage guest enrollment and retention.
