Job description

You will be responsible for the day-to-day support of all IT systems, networks, Servers, POS, and EPABX systems throughout the hotel.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all areas of the hotel are supported with proper computer systems.

• Ensures cleanliness of all data equipment and server room.

• Responsible for smooth functioning and co-ordination of vendors for Internet, Point of Sale – IDS, DTH, EPABX (Electronic Private Automatic Branch Exchange) systems and other software vendors.

• Troubleshooting hardware and software problems.

• To ensure installation and proper functioning of all CCTV cameras in the entire hotel.

• Responsible for overseeing and handling network configuration, Servers,

• Workstations, Networking equipment, EPABX, email accounts, and also support for the underlying server/desktop infrastructure.

• Responsible to ensure that IT Audit points are implemented as per relevant Standard operating Procedures.

• Attending and resolving guest complaints

• Preparing and managing annual budgets and controlling costs.

• Monitors and maintains a proper inventory of hardware and software licenses.

• Should be aware of IT Security Policies and ensures implementation through regular staff training.

• Organize inventories with Accounts and General Store for computer devices and fixed assets.

• Preparing MIS report.

• Update records/ files/ registers etc

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology field. Along with in-depth knowledge of IDS POS, EPBX, and servers

• A minimum of four (4) years of experience in Hospitality, Operations, and IT support roles. Along with a minimum of two (2) years of Supervisory / managerial experience

• Good communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

• Day shift
• Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sector 1, Bokaro – 827001, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Information Technology Managers: 1 year (Preferred)
