Job Description
1 Analyze the tender document and interpret the risks and requirements
2 Formulate accurate financial model
3 Assist HoS – Finance on various project based fund requirements such as structuring & syndicating funds etc.
4 Interpret debt agreements and related documentation and understand of all aspects of debt deals
5 Compare various options and provide the best sourcing of finance in consultation with HoS – Finance
