Your Purpose
We have an ambitious 10 year strategy which will see growth across our power and premium brands, into new beverage categories and expansion geographically. Our business transformation program supports this strategy, and we’re recruiting for a Finance Transformation Manager to support its delivery.
This role will report into the Strategic Finance Director and be responsible for giving Financial support to the Transformation Office through business case modelling, defining metrics and tracking value across all program initiatives; identify initiative overlaps and potential synergies, and perform financial modeling and scenario analysis. You will also provide finance business partnering to the divisional Commercial & Strategy team, and support the Strategic Finance Director on ad-hoc commercial projects – which could include work in M&A.
This is an opportunity to work Divisionally across all regions, with exposure to our Divisional leadership teams. This is a mid-level business partner role and an excelent opportunity to gain exposure to transformation project work, which could set you up well for more strategic work in the future.
This role could be based in any of the following countries: UK, Ireland, Croatia, Czech Republic, Romania
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of the EMEA & APAC business transformation program – being a key member of the project team and supporting the Transformation Office Lead. You’ll own the business case from a finance perspective, providing finance support during Wave II and III of the program and working as part of the wider project team to deliver a successful outcome.
- Providing business partnering support to the divisional Commercial & Strategy team.
- Working with stakeholders to develop business cases, supporting with M&A assessments, and involvement in the evolution of the divisional strategy.
About You
- You’ll have an Economics or Finance background with previous experience of business partnering.
- You’ll have advanced Excel skills and SAP system knowledge.
- Ability to work independently building solutions and spreadsheet models.
- Ability to analyse lots of data quickly and provide insights from complex data to non-finance stakeholders in a professional, easy to understand manner.
- Effective collaboration skills.
- Desire to influence change across the division and learn new skills.
