Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Insurance, located in Dhanbad with flexibility for some remote work. The Head of Insurance will be responsible for overseeing all insurance-related activities within the company, including managing insurance policies, handling claims, and collaborating with insurance brokers. The role also includes team management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance and Insurance, with a preference for candidates with a background in Actuarial Science
• Experience in Claims Management, including processing and handling insurance claims
• Strong team management skills, including the ability to lead and mentor a team of insurance professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments and external stakeholders
• Ability to analyze data and develop insights into insurance-related risks and opportunities
• Experience with relevant insurance software and technologies is a plus
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required
• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field is preferred
