Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at MN Energy & Infra Pvt. Ltd. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with customers, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and managing sales processes. The role will be based in Patna, with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development and sales
- Strong knowledge of the renewable energy industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Experience in conducting market research
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Experience in solar power systems is a plus
