As a Finance Intern, you will become a valued and integral member within the India MCAPS finance team (Business finance- Finance Planning and Analysis). You will work on a variety of projects that directly impact the business, such as building financial models and forecasts, simulate based on trends, track revenue KPIs, tracking spend across projects, Your manager will work with you to ensure your projects are meaningful and relevant based on your interests and development needs.
Interns will have the opportunity to work alongside members of the Business Finance Team to deliver recommendations on key projects. These projects will provide you with valuable insights into the company’s products and customers.
About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Operation Service Center in India. As an intern, you will have an opportunity work and learn with different function like Global Transact Services, Risk Management, and Operations Deal Management teams. You will work with multiple stakeholders from Operations, Finance, Trade, Compliance, and more.

- Support your team in completing operational processes and contributing to various ongoing projects.
- Assist in managing the end-to-end deployment process, identifying risks, and helping implement mitigation strategies.
- Advocate for customers and partners throughout the deployment lifecycle.
- Actively participate in meetings, contributing to project outcomes while building strong relationships.
- Identify opportunities for automation and collaborate with leadership to drive improvements.
- Work on projects that directly impact the business.
- Contributes to the analysis of present and future financial performance of various products, segments, or other businesses. Assists more upper-level team members to conduct analysis and research studies of financial plans, acquisition activity, and future opportunities.
- Assists in the execution of the annual business planning and forecasting process. Gathers insight and contributes to analysis and research to support preliminary and adjusted forecast cycles.
- Contributes insights for financial plans, variance analysis, resource optimization, investments, key performance indicators (KPIs), long-range planning, and driving margin accountability. Manages and executes processes through engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assembles and summarizes data through data mining and business intelligence to structure reports and financial models for decision support. Leverages statistical analyses, predictive analytics, and financial modeling techniques to conduct sophisticated analyses. Acts as subject matter expert for data management and operations. Understands the history of data procurement, location, methods, issues, and actions taken.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Required/minimum qualifications: CA Intermediate completion; Minimum 12 months of articleship period remaining to be complete
- Strong interest in project management and process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
- Ability to work in a multinational environment.
