Position: Mechanical Maintenance

Accountabilities

• Guarantee the safety of his/her personnel by wearing their Personal Protective Equipment.
• Provide preventive and corrective maintenance to equipment
• Comply with the maintenance program (weekend program)
• Comply with our Maintenance Program (History card, work orders, preventive maintenance through the available maintenance program)
• Perform root cause analysis with team member for repetitive issue
• Guarantee the safety of his personnel, by correcting unsafe acts and conditions
• Comply with the personnel management role (vacations, over time, movements, leave of absence, reports for the payroll area, etc.)
• Support the correction of complaints from customers (action plans, 8Ds), related to issues caused by tooling sets
• Maintain and preserve the tooling sets in good conditions
• Development of Technician (Technically)
• Promote personnel development through the Growth and Development System
• Keep the work area clean and in order and update and maintain the spare part stock
• Maintain & update TS/EMS/OHSAS /MOS documents & KPI
• Saving ideas in Expenses & Support in improvement projects
• Program troubleshooting, problem identification and resolution.
• Providing field support for equipment installation, startup, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.

Academics & Experience

Presently in Metalsa having at least 18 months in the current position with having B.E / B. Tech (Mechanical) with 3-5 Years of Experience OR) Diploma (Mechanical) with 5-7 Years of Experience.

Experienced in preventive and corrective maintenance for industrial equipment, Hydraulic. Pneumatic, AutoCAD, Assembly of Press, Design .
