POST: HR Recruiter

LOCATION: Patna, Bhagalpur, Bokaro

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Screen incoming resumes and application forms

· Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

· Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

· Monitor key HR metrics

· Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

· MBA in HR will be preferred

· CBSE and ICSE Candidates will be preferred

· Freshers can also apply

· Solid verbal and written communication skills in English

· Sound judgement

· Excellent Negotiation Skills
