Medical Network Private Limited, a fast-growing telemedicine startup with ClinicWala.com as one of its verticals, is seeking a highly motivated and visionary individual to join us as a Co-founder. As a Co-founder, you will play a critical role in shaping our strategic direction, driving innovation, and leading our mission to improve healthcare accessibility in rural areas through digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with the existing co-founders to develop and refine the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy, with a specific focus on leveraging technology for rural health in India.

– Utilize your industry expertise and network to establish strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, government agencies, NGOs, and other relevant stakeholders in order to expand our reach and impact.

– Lead the development and implementation of telemedicine platforms, mobile health applications, and other digital solutions tailored to address the unique healthcare requirements of rural communities.

– Drive the use of state-of-the-art technology, including data analytics, electronic health records (EHR), and remote monitoring, to enhance the quality, efficiency, and accessibility of healthcare services.

– Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

– Oversee the financial planning and management of the company, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

– Stay updated on emerging trends, regulations, and best practices in telemedicine and rural healthcare, incorporating them into the company’s strategies and operations.

Qualifications:

– Extensive experience and expertise in the healthcare industry, with a focus on digital healthcare and rural health in India.

– Proven track record of strategic thinking, leadership, and successful execution of innovative initiatives in the healthcare or technology sector.

– Strong understanding of telemedicine platforms, mobile health applications, data analytics, and other digital healthcare technologies.

– Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain partnerships with relevant stakeholders.

– Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for making a positive impact on healthcare access in rural areas.

– Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and inspire others.

– Prior experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment is highly desirable.

– A relevant degree from a reputable institution, preferably IIM or IIT.
