About Medhavi Skills University:
Medhavi Skills University (Sikkim) is a new-age innovative Skills focused University aiming to bring convergence of the skilling ecosystem with the higher education tracks. It is the first of its kind pioneering university model where corporates and industries are the stakeholders and influencers in course curriculum design, programme delivery, practical skills training, as well as, for providing on-the-job apprenticeship and internships. Medhavi Skills University’s vision is to emerge as a pioneer institution of skills-based education recognized by employers, nationally and internationally. It shall provide opportunities for flexible learning, competency-based modular courses, and credit accumulation/ transfer across educational streams for continuous learning.
Medhavi Skills University (Sikkim) is sponsored by Medhavi Foundation which was founded in 2012 by a group of IIT Alumni. Medhavi Foundation is a skill development and education-focused organization and a National Skills Development Corporation funded training partner impacting 1,00,000+ youths annually.
What will you be doing?
- Meeting and Counseling 10th/12th pass students/ candidates
- Helping them plan their academic and career path and making them understand how WE can catalyze their career.
- Carrying and fulfilling weekly enrollment / revenue and collection targets.
- Owning the complete sales closing life cycle: visiting/meeting various candidates, generating leads, product demonstration, follow ups, closing, and post sales relationship management.
- Maintaining Daily Report in detailed manner to keep the data for future references
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
- To a create awareness & promote business regarding W.I.S.E (work integrated) Programmes
What are we looking for?
- Graduate with 2-5 years of experience in EdTech Sales
- Individual with outstanding communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Educational sells will be preferred
- Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) is preferable.
