Admission Counsellor (Female only)
Role: Drive revenue and customer satisfaction through consultation and counselling.
What will you be doing?
● Carrying weekly enrolment/ revenue and collection target.
● Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes, making phone calls, product demonstration, sales closing, and post sales relationship management.
● Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and provide constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality
● Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers
● Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline. What are we looking for?
● Individual with outstanding communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
● Great listeners, and trustworthy individuals who can bond with our potential learners.
● Individuals who take a disciplined approach towards building funnel, tracking feedback, prioritising tasks and overachieving targets and deadlines.
● Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
● Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite ( Word, Excel) is preferable.
● Weekly revenue targets to be met and over achieved. Timings : 10:00 am – 7:00 pm 6 days working (1 days rotational week off)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
