The ideal candidate for this role:

You are a proven sales performer adept in direct to consumer consultative sales. You are comfortable working with products which require focused nurturing over a period of time and yet can build urgency for the end consumer to decide fast. You have worked in an extremely competitive sales environment and have been at the top 10 percentile of your team.

What will you be doing?

• Planning their daily movements , schedules.
• Guiding them to generate leads , counselling process , follow ups , closing and conversions.
• To Resolve their challenges / problems
• Follow up with them , nudge them , motivate them to achieve their targets.
• Reporting summarized daily report to HO.
• Planning for ATL/BTL activities , campaign in different areas .
• Fixing weekly / monthly admissions & revenue / collection targets

• Exploring B2B Route via existing centers.

What are we looking for?

• Graduate with Min. 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader
• Individual with outstanding communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Skill Development sector as Mobilization head/Centre Head would be an added advantage
• Experience in Financial Product /EdTech sales will be appreciated
• Individuals who has led a team of minimum 6-10 people in target based roles
• Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) is preferable.

What are your deliverables / KPI’s?

• Weekly revenue targets to be met and over achieved
