- Meeting and Counselling 18+ Years undergrad candidates
- Helping them plan their academic and career path and making them understand how WE can catalyze their career.
- Carrying weekly enrolment / revenue and collection target.
- · Owning the complete sales closing life cycle: visiting/meeting various candidates, generating leads, product demonstration, follow ups, closing, and post sales relationship management.
- Maintaining Daily Report with complete Lead details.
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
What are we looking for?
- Graduate with 2 years of experience in Financial and/or EdTech Sales
- Individual with outstanding communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Skill Development sector/Financial Product sales will be appreciated
- Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) is preferable.
What are your deliverables / KPI’s?
- Minimum 16 enrolments per month.
- Minimum 4 enrolment per week
- Weekly revenue targets to be met and over achieved.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
