Responsibilities
- Ensures smooth Pharmacy operations at the Unit.
- Ensures compliance of pharmacy with licensing and certification needs.
- Coordinates with physicians, advice and provide information on new drugs and products.
- Ensures Vendor management or development maintains relationship with vendors/manufacturers.
- Develops pharmacy-auditing tools.
- Participates actively in the creation of the Hospital formulary.
- Liaisons with other functional areas of the organization to implement an effective Material Management System.
- Arrange training of pharmacists/ team members.
- Identifies skill, competency levels of subordinate and work for continuous resource development.
Qualifications
B.Pharma / M.Pharma
With MBA/PGDM in Hospital & Healthcare Management
Experience – 15-17 Years in Similar Role
Location – Patna, Bihar
